Lake Erie Capital is a private investment partnership established to invest in and acquire niche manufacturing, distribution, service, and technology companies.

We focus primarily on the medical device, life science, and biotech industries. Our approach focuses on the long-term investment in and growth of our portfolio companies. We encourage owner involvement and typically work with owners who want to be involved in the transition or wish to maintain an interest in their company. We can provide them with management expertise, operating experience, and growth strategies for long-term value creation.

We seek companies located across the U.S. with sales between $5.0 million to $50.0 million and an EBITDA of $0.5 million to $10.0 million. We prefer companies that are historically profitable and well managed with well-defined markets, a strong reputation for quality, and a commitment to customer service. Companies with a proprietary product, technology or market position within our targeted industries are ideal candidates.
